Q1. Do you bend any other profiles?
A. Currently, we are bending Synseal Shield & Synergy. We are expecting to expand our profile list very soon. Watch this space!

Q3. What is your approximate lead time?

A. We aim to deliver goods within 10 working days, if not quicker. Notification is given if lead times are running longer than this.

Q4. Do you arrange couriers to pick up profiles?

A. We do not arrange to pick up profiles, as the items we produce, includes the cost of the profile.

Q5. Do you arrange to pick up templates?

A. We do not arrange to pick up template, it is the customer’s responsibility to provide and send templates. We suggest you draw out the template on to cardboard or paper, and mail it to us in the post. Alternately, you can send the measurement of the arch through the fax. See below:

Q6. What assurance do I have for receiving my goods safely?

A. We make it our priority to ensure all goods are packed safely. We use a very good delivery company, who handle our products very carefully.

Q7. How do I sign, receipt for my goods?

A. You are allowed to request the driver to wait up to 15 minutes, while you unpack and check your goods, however if this is not possible then sign for goods as DAMAGED. All goods NEED to be signed as DAMAGED, if they have not been inspected properly at the time of delivery. All goods are insured during transit, and compensation would only be given for damaged goods, if they are signed DAMAGED.

Q8. What happens if my goods are damaged when I received them?

A. If the damage is visible when the delivery company drops of the goods, then please sign the goods as DAMAGED. You are required to report the damage to us, within 3 working days. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you, within 5 working days.

Q9. How can I pay for my goods?

A. Payment of goods will need to be made on a pro-forma basis. Payment can be made in various ways:

  • Cheque

  • Bacs

  • Credit* / Debit Cards * 2% Charge

  • Monthly Credit Accounts – Subject to Status
